This coffee is produced by young coffee farmer Jhon Wilmer, who has continued the family legacy and combined tradition with modern fermentation methods. The harvest is hand-picked and undergoes a 75-hour fermentation in two phases, followed by gentle drying in marquesinha tents. The result is a coffee with complexity, purity and great depth.

The Las Brisas farm is located in mountainous Huila, where the terroir, altitude and dedicated processing produce some of Colombia's most sought-after specialty coffees.
