Bruger disse bønner til caffe latte med karamel sirup og kombinationen er bare perfekt. Bønnernes naturlige sødme og chokoladetoner spiller utrolig godt sammen med karamellen, og resultatet er en blød og velsmagende kop hver gang. Klart en af mine favoritter.

A BRIEF HISTORY:
In 1593, Özdemir Pasha, the Turkish governor, learned of a new drink made from coffee beans in his region of Yemen. He was so impressed that he decided to serve it to Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent, who fell in love with the drink, thus beginning the birth of Turkish coffee.
PREPARATION:
Add water to the cezve, approximately 50 ml for each cup, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and add 8 g of coffee for each cup, stir well and bring the coffee to the boil again, immediately remove the cezve from the heat and serve.
FUN FACTS:
The Turkish word for breakfast is kahvalti, which literally means before coffee.
