At Bellas Coffee Lab, we are proud to offer coffee from Finca La Hermosa , a farm with a history as rich as the taste of their beans.
From Dream to Reality in Acatenango
Finca La Hermosa is located on the mineral-rich slopes of the Acatenango Volcano in Guatemala, a region known for its world-class coffee. The farm is run by the Perez family, who have refined the art of coffee growing for generations. However, it was Max Perez who, in 2010, gathered the family legacy and created Finca La Hermosa, a dream of uniting tradition and innovation.
Max is a third generation coffee farmer who grew up in the Huehuetenango region. As a young man, he had a vision to create something unique – a farm that not only produced coffee, but also set a high standard for quality and sustainability. At Finca La Hermosa, everything is well thought out, from the 1,900 to 2,100 meter altitude that gives the coffee its characteristic flavor notes, to the gentle washing technique that highlights the coffee’s natural nuances.
