Discover Jabiru – a washed SHB EP coffee from the high-altitude farms of Union Cantinil, Huehuetenango. Here, small producers with average farms of 1.5 hectares grow this characterful coffee that combines fresh notes of lemon and apple with a rounded sweetness of toffee.

Jabiru is the result of a collaboration with several small coffee farmers in western Guatemala, where altitudes between 1,500 and 1,800 meters above sea level create ideal conditions for growing quality coffee. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuai, which contribute to the coffee's complex and balanced profile.

The coffee is classified as SHB Fancy – a designation for Guatemala's best high-quality coffee. An ideal coffee for those seeking a pure and elegant taste experience from the mountain landscapes of Central America.
