Rwanda Simbi 15+ Honey is a delicate and balanced coffee with notes of red currant, honey, chocolate and a touch of rose blossom. A honey-processed microlot that highlights sweetness and florality in perfect harmony.

Simbi Coffee is a cooperative with 1,850 members – 80% of whom are women – located in the Huye district of southern Rwanda. The coffee shop was established in 2011 and officially opened in 2013, when it achieved 9th place in the Rwanda Cup of Excellence that same year. Since then, Simbi has worked hard to maintain strict quality standards.

Produced by 300 smallholder farmers in the Rugarama area, who grow bourbon varieties at altitudes between 1,710 and 1,850 meters, this microlot is a coffee that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern processing methods to create an exquisite taste experience.
