Gulmarg Estate is a 145-hectare farm in Kiambu and one of six properties owned and operated by Sasini – a publicly traded Kenyan company focused on community and sustainability. Workers are offered housing, access to early childhood education, union membership and above-minimum wage.

Through more than 30 customers, investments have also been made in the Njenga Karume School, including the construction of a new IT room - with the goal of providing local children with strong digital skills and future opportunities.
